I can't say enough good things about this company. Max found our water intrusion source when 3 other prior professionals pretty much threw up their hands and said they had no idea why this was happening. Everything about the experience was excellent - incredibly professional, responsive and reasonably priced. It is so refreshing to work with someone so knowledgeable and able to clearly define an issue and give specific solutions. And he really went above and beyond when I asked him follow up questions well after the work was completed - he even offered to speak to my roofer directly if needed. I would give him 100 stars if I could!

Years ago, I bought an old house in Los Angeles that turned out to have leaks. A lot of leaks. I spent tens of thousands of dollars over the following years on contractors who claimed they knew what to do, but the leaks kept coming back. Eventually I took matters into my own hands. I learned how to properly pinpoint leaks myself, I oversaw the fixes, and finally created a dry home for my family. Then my neighbors asked if I could help with their persistent leaks, and then they told their friends and they asked me to help with theirs, and then they theirs... and somewhere along the way I started RRR.
It turns out billions of dollars are wasted in the US every year on the wrong fixes because remediation projects seldom begin with a proper diagnosis. Contractors aren't incentivised to pinpoint the problem because that would minimize their work, so they'll just rip out sections of roof or reconstruct whole walls thinking somewhere in there, surely, maybe, is the source of the leak.
